What do we provide?  CashMan is a consulating service firm assisting both Buyers and Seller in completing the real estate purchase transaction.  In addition, we offer Down Payment Assistance, closing capital and funds to help payoff debts to settle lending requirements, among other things.

    Specifically our program is designed for Buyers that require financial assistance and Sellers that are willing to surrender a portion of their Sales Proceeds to complete the real estate transaction.  The "Consultalator" will help generate the best solution to determine how much capital aid is required and what the final Seller's final net payout will be.
