    Before a project begins FHS goes thru the property with a "fine tooth comb" to insure they are rebuilt in a way that will provide Buyers with  years of care free service.   Out-of-town Buyers are updated via e-mail (w pictures), and we encourage our local clients to visit the job site.  At closure FHS delivers a finished product that you can be proud of owning, that will pass HUD review and desired by potential tenants.  

    FHS will coordinate Utilities Services such as gas and electric turn-ons,  setting up Landlord arrangements and even see to water affidavit filings.  At your request, a pre-qualified tenant (working or S-8) will be installed Property Management Services for out-of-state Buyers provided.
